1. Subscription Refunding:

The highest level of satisfaction is our key focus area of customer care for our web users and we are fully committed to ensuring our endeavors are aligned to keep our users highly satisfied and experiencing the best in a class of our services.

In case you have purchased the ads posting subscription package of any category and has not been used for 6 months you can get a full payment refund by raising the request through your dashboard.

Once a refund request is raised through your profile dashboard, payment is to be refunded within 15 working days, if the purchase was made to direct bank account transfer. In other cases, through debit/credit card, it can take 3 working weeks.

Payment to be transferred back to the same bank account used at the time of subscription purchasing, there could be a delay in payments refund due to bank account online transaction issue, if you did not get the fund transferred within aforementioned date, please drop an email on [email protected].

2. Items Return and Refunding:


You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it from the seller. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from the seller and you must have communicated to the seller reason for the refund. He accepted to return, as SPL only facilitates the process of payment security and transfer to and from both parties.


Once the seller receives back the preloved item, he will inspect it and notify the buyer through the SPL profile dashboard that I have received your returned item and acknowledge it on the web within 3 calendar days. Its seller’s responsibility, to intimate within 3 calendar days on SPL profile dashboard after the courier company delivers that item’s condition is not as shipped, in other cases, SPL has full rights to assume no concern by seller and payment can be refunded back to the buyer without any further intimation to the seller.

SPL will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item by seller and status update on SPL. If the seller approves your return after inspection within 3 calendar days or raises no concern, we will initiate a refund to your bank account transfer or credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the payment within 15 to 18 working days, it may vary depending on your card issuer’s policy but in case of bank transfer at the time of purchase, payment is to be returned in less than 15 working days. SHIPPING You (Buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the purchased item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In case you informed the seller before shipping and cancel the order then your full payment is to be refunded back within 7 working days.


Please note: the time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected and the seller approval process. So, we recommend buying the preloved item in person after inspecting it thoroughly.
