In case of facing slow website response, please check the following:

• Clear all the cache of your browser from the history section.
• Furthermore, you can clear the temporary files from your system (Laptop/Desktop/Smart Phone).
• Check your internet speed, and Ping, if stable and continuous or not.
• Visit or consult with your system administrator.

It depends on your web surfing routine, but it is recommended that after a reasonable time span, you must clear all caches of your browser. It will help your browser to run fast and accelerate web surfing as well.

“Display Name" means a name that is mandatory and will display to the visitors.

Sellpreloved (SPL) offers you 6 different types of ads that you can select during ad posting or reposting. It is not possible to switch between different ad types while it is live. Available types of ads are as under:

1. Sell
2. Auction
3. Buying
4. Exchange
5. Free Stuff
6. Rent

In order to participate in any auction, first, you need to register an account. Once you have an account, visit any auction and in the sidebar, you will notice the bidding box.

Below input, for a bid value, you will see what is the minimum value you must place. Once the auction is finished and if you’ve won it, you will receive a confirmation email.

A list of all auctions, in which you are or have been participated, is displayed on your profile under Auctions.

In order to promote your ads, first, you must navigate to your submitted ads, and from the action, menu selects the last option. It will open a modal with a list of all available promotions on market as well as your currently active promotions for the particular ad.

A list of available promotions are:

1. Bump Up Ad (this will update the creation date while expiration time remains and can be used only once per ad).
2. Highlight Ad (this will make your ad stand out from others in the listing).
3. Top Ad (make your add in the first XX positions of listing as well as in its regular listing position).
4. Urgent Ad (display urgent ribbon on ad box).
5. Home Map Ad (have your ad appear on the landing page).

With an exception of the Bump-Up promotion, all of them can have multiple packages available.

Once you have selected the promotion type and period you can proceed to the payment screen. Once the payment is cleared your promotion will be active. Promotion starts from the time when payment is cleared and not from the time the promotion is requested.

In order to find the Promotional Ads / Promote Your Ad, please adhere to the following steps:

1. ‘Sign in’ to your account on SPL (use either username and password or another method you used to signed-up).
2. Press the icon of ‘Visit Account’ in the main menu header, which will route you to the ‘Dashboard’ section.
3. See on the left side and click on ‘Your Ads’.
4. Now here in ‘Your Posted Ads’, you can view your ads.
5. On the right side, under the ‘Action’ section, click on the round button of “Promote".
6. A popup will display with the heading of ‘Purchase Promotions For Your Ad’.
7. Select your desired promotional package, click and press the ‘Purchase’ button at the bottom.
8. For payment, click on the ‘Bank Transfer’, and transfer the fund to the mentioned bank account.
9. You can send us an email with the ‘Transaction ID’ and related screenshots for evidence.
10. After the confirmation of your payment in the mentioned bank account, your promotional package will be activated.

In order to remove any ad which you have posted with your account, please follow the simple steps:

1. ‘Sign in’ to your account on SPL (use either username and password or another method you used to signed-up).
2. Press the icon of ‘Visit Account’ in the main menu header, which will route you to the ‘Dashboard’ section.
3. See on the left side and click on ‘Your Ads’.
4. Now here in ‘Your Posted Ads’, you can view your ad(s).
5. Ad(s) will have different options like: Status, Price, Expires, Views, and, Action.
6. Under the section of ‘Action’, you will find the four (4) options: View, Edit, Deleted, and Promote.
7. Now here please confirm which ad do you want to delete, because you can not revert back to the process of deleted ad(s) or can’t retrieve your deleted ad(s).
8. Then, press the ‘Delete‘ button.
9. You will receive a confirmation pop-up, if confirmed, please then press ‘Yes‘.

From the dropdown, you are selecting the general location of your advert, while selecting it on the map you are being more precise. Also if the location search of the marketplace is set to geolocation, people who search by location will find your ad easier. Location Search of the marketplace can also be set as a list of predefined values, in which case, the value from the dropdown is being used.

Depending on the settings of the marketplace (SPL) you can have:

• Packages (in the packages time for submitting ads is unlimited while the number of ads is final).
• Subscriptions (here time for submitting is limited while the number of ads is not).

The number of different packages and subscriptions is unlimited and it all depends on the preferred settings of the administrator.

In order to retrieve the phone number of the seller go to its profile page or any of his ads and you will notice a block with a phone number.

If you wish to start messaging conversation with the seller first create an account. Once you have created your account navigate to any of his ads and you will notice a button for sending messages. A list of your messages is available on your profile. There you have AJAX messaging system where you will be able to continue conversations.

There are two types of reviews, which are: buyer and seller. The first step is to register on our Sellpreloved (SPL) marketplace. Next, you need to send a message to a seller. Once the seller responds to your message you will be able to review the seller and at the same time seller will be able to review you.

When users visit your profile, they will be able to see your overall review. Complete a list of your reviews and filter them by type.

Once you post a review, it can not be changed. Also, the seller and you have the option to respond to the reviews.

If you have found some ad, that you want to visit later or contact the seller later, etc., you can mark it as “Favorite" and it will be saved to the list of your favorite ads, which you can access from your profile dashboard.

If you feel that the ad is breaking some rules, you can report it directly from the “ad page" by clicking on the “Report" button and writing a ‘detailed reason’. Ad will remain active until the administrator checks it out.
